Easy to use, effective and fun

When I first opened the beautiful pouch that contained the device I was a little overwhelmed. There's a ton of fabric and a big long wire and I wasn't sure I could use it. Then I put it on my bed and took a good look at it and it's actually quite simple. Each leg has a sleeve. Just open it up with the Velcro straps and slip your feet inside. I have short legs so I had to raise it a bit higher to fit my feet in the leg section. Make sure you secure it completely or it will pop open when squeezed. I think it's a great device. I use it for my daily leg pain and it helps reduce or even eliminate the pain altogether. The only thing I don't like is that a timer would be nice so I know how much longer I want the program to run. There are 3 settings: one for the entire leg, the other for calves and feet only. and I don't remember what the third one is for. maybe the heat. I don't use it as often as the other two. You can increase the intensity, but I suggest using it a few times beforehand as the highest level is STRONG. Don't use it on your hands. Yes I tried it because I have arthritis in my hands and got curious. It will cut off the circulation in your hands because it is strong. Every time I put it on I feel like a futuristic astronaut. It's so cool to watch and see how it works. Definitely worth your money!
