Disappointed Best in furniture

I saw all the rave reviews and foolishly spent my money on this chair even though I don't even have a job now. The only good thing about it is that it's very easy to assemble and pretty easily fits under my tiny desk. Other than that, it's terrible. When I first got involved with it, I was very happy. But after sitting in it for a long time, I felt that the lumbar support was literally inside me. It hurt my body 5 times more than my 20 year old stool I used before. I've watched lots of videos on how to set it up properly and the best way to sit in an ergonomic chair and adjusted the height hoping it helps. But the migraines and the nausea from the terrible back pain stayed. I'm not very tall, I'm a 5'6" female, but I have a long waist. I've noticed that the brace hits me in the wrong place and makes me bend over. (Penultimate photo I added ) I removed the prop (see last photo) and I'm hoping this fixes the issue so I have a nice chair, at least because I don't want the hassle of returning it.What also bothered me is that I couldn't Feel like the armrests are too low so I don't even use them and I wish the seat was a bit longer and softer, to be honest I just wish I'd gone with the other chair I got instead looked at. Or bought a cheaper regular office chair from my local store as I didn't have any lumbar support anyway. I'm just really disappointed all round. I don't recommend this chair one iota. I don't understand why so many people liked it so much All has, in my opinion, been advertised very wrongly. Save money on the best chair.
