Some advantages include very soft bristles (do not wash the tooth covering with hard brushes because their purpose is not in friction but rather in softening and gently removing plaque), and the ability to remove plaque without damaging the gums. Some drawbacks include the product being designed for a wide age range and having a handle that is too big for children.
