I like that you can upload your own documents to be included in your quotes. You can also choose if you want the quote to include or exclude them. It's very easy to use and it saves time on having to manually enter everything! Sometimes there are things not being entered into correctly which causes issues later down the line. This may be due to my inexperience but I'm sure it could have been resolved if someone had said something. We're able to make more accurate estimates for our customers and therefore give them better service.
