Avoid and AVOID this seller

So I bought this item less than 2 months ago and bought it again as it was the cheapest of its kind and I am not paying for anything. how stupid it is. However, I bought the first round and it was USB-c compatible on newer Macs and now they've switched it back to a USB 2.0 hub for twice the price. What happened?
