Review on Gigwell by Virgilio Patton

I like that it has all your contacts in one place! It's very easy to use for both myself and my clients. The customer service team (and owner) are amazing as well! They always respond quickly and help you out when need be. Sometimes it can take longer than expected to get responses from them but they do work hard at making sure everything gets resolved. All of our events have been booked through gigwell so far which we've had nothing bad to say about yet! There really isn't anything I dislike about using this system. If there was something specific I hadn't used before or didn't know how to utilize, I would definitely ask questions because they're usually answered within minutes! As an event planner/coordinator, having access to all information pertaining to each client/event at once makes my life easier.
