This fan matches the description. It blows a reasonable amount of air and is easy to use. Solid build and low noise level although it is audible and would be noticeable in a quiet area. The batteries last at least 45 minutes on foot. I didn't test it any longer, but it still worked fine at the end of the walk. I especially like the vents that go all the way around, not just the sides. Helps keep the neck cool. improvements? Not as much. Maybe some kind of washable cover so the plastic doesn't sit directly on the skin. And maybe a few small vents for airflow to the lower neck and shoulders. But I haven't seen any suggestion this way.
