We were very impressed on how powerful it was when we first turned it on. It's great to also have 2 different speeds to choose from with the High/Off/Low switch. Included door micro switch with roller plunger, and has a dedicated wire for the switch. All we had to do was simply extend the wire and connect it to the switch. Installed the mounting plate first, then hung up the air curtain. It was a very easy procedure right out of the box. It has done a great job keeping out the bugs and hot air!

I literally watched 16 flies fly through the curtain in 30 seconds. I don’t know why these people with "fly problems” love it so much, maybe their fly problem isn’t as bad as they thought, but we seriously have a fly problem, like killing 100+ a day in the house, all coming from letting the dogs in and out the back door. Don’t buy. Don’t think it’s good because of the high reviews. SAVE YOURSELFFFFFFFFFF

This thing is AWESOME! It works better than air conditioner units I have purchased and costs much less. I put it at the entrance to my salon because we are basically in a warehouse and it is impossible to keep cool. Most of the time I leave it running continuously and it feels like a tornado. (and that's on low). My only complaint is that it is LOUD, like REALLY loud. My shop is small so maybe that is why, but that is the only thing I would change about it. The unit was well packaged, arrived very quickly and was easy to install. It seems to make a difference in keeping most of the room warmer except for the area right across from it - which seems to get a draft of cold air several seconds after the "whoosh" of air stops, and that was the area we were largely concerned about. We installed outside, in brick above the sliding glass doors to our covered patio. The door is a heavy 8' and hard to open and close when you've been in the pool or have food or drinks in-hand. Air flow is sufficient to keep cool temp in the house, but not quite all the Florida humidity out. But for a gathering of people, it works great so as to not have to open and close the slider. I installed this at my business to help keep the cool air in and it works great. The quality of the unit and the switch is very high and i feel like it will be very durable. I plan to order 2 additional units to place on the lessor used doors in the future.

Amazing difference in my Bar/Restaurant. It is quickly becoming a hot one in Alabama. Bought this for our lake house, which has a gazillion mosquitoes and bugs that are attracted to the house lights and attach themselves to the glass doors when the sun goes down. Strong wind and definitely keeps the pesky critters out. In order to have it automatically switch on when the door is opened you will need to have a licensed electrician install it, which cost me $340 for the installation!. You have the option to just plug it in and turn the air on to run continuously but it is so loud…

I ordered 3 for my stores in st.kitts and out of them 2 aren't even working, I shipped it with my other merchandise to st.kitts and unbox them to install and now they are no use to me. Shipping will cost me a bomb amount to return these.Please help me or suggest any better way.

The air curtain came in good packaging and was very simple to install! It’s not noisy and puts out a good flow to keep cool air in and flies out.

This air curtain working very good for our home, keeping all flies out of my house during the door is open. My husband hates insects and flies, so this air curtain have him more relaxing during the door open. Also, it will save some heat (money) in the winter season.

I had some 60" that were way quieter than this. These pack a punch. Mine are about 10' up and they are strong. I keep them on low. Only reason I took away 1 star is I wish they were quieter

I'm not sure what 1350CFM feels like. I ordered one slightly bigger than needed to make sure it would be enough air flow. Glad I did because this one seems like it almost does the job. I would prefer to have one with a little more air flow. I'm using this in a common 3 foot door to keep bugs out. I hope it works.

Hung over a 36” model door. Turns on and off automatically or you can choose to not use mag switch and control only when you want it on with rocker switch. A little noisy but this volume of airflow will always make noise. Has two speeds to set switch for automatic or manual at high or low speed on the rocker. I have bought quite a few of these for our restaurants. They are reasonably quiet, easy to install and are a great price. Shipping is fast and I have never had any problems with the ones we have installed and they get lots of use.

Fast shipping (got here early). Double boxed. Easy install. Powerful fan (not terribly noisy). A bit heavy, but in a good way (you might need help installing it, but no biggie). I got it for my workshop, and I'll be getting another (from same seller) for my house soon too. 5 stars!

Very easy to install if you have an electrical plug close to the door. The switch is as easy as screwing 2 screws and joining 2 wires, wish the wires provided were longer. Works great.

I live in North Texas and in the summer have an issue with flies, insects, and cold air escaping when I open my back door to use my patio. I installed this Air Curtain a week or two ago and it is helping big time. The number of flies and other flying insects getting in my home has been dramatically reduced as it the cold air escaping. This air curtin really reduces the amount of flies that gain access to my house. I saved hundreds of dollars by purchasing one that was slightly damaged. In my case, it was a dent ontop the unit. The dent is not visible with the blower installed.
