I was able to piece this together but the instructions are inadequate. The brace between the two legs did not fit and had to be cut. Also directions say to screw this piece in place but there are no predrilled holes or screws provided. If you do not have tools to cut and drill this yourself, buy another brand. Did a lot of research to finally order this one. Many factors played into purchase. Price, can refill reservoir, can wash mop heads and doesn't take special replacement mop head. Metal pole is a plus. Using it is very easy and overall feels very well made. Trigger is not flimsy. Reservoir can hold at least 2 cups water and that's 3/4 full.
