Yes, this chair is sturdy and works well for the intended use. But it is not without flaws. Namely, it comes with a lot of hardware and NO instructions. I've assembled a lot of miscellaneous furniture, so I was able to use half a brain and figure it out fine (mostly, I had some leftover pieces.). My biggest issue is with the cross support bar underneath the pad. It has velcro wrapped around it for the second cushion to attach to, but whenever I do a headstand my hair catches on it and pulls…

I use it daily for more than just balancing in a shoulder stand. It works great for tricep dips, incline push-ups, step ups, etc.

I was able to piece this together but the instructions are inadequate. The brace between the two legs did not fit and had to be cut. Also directions say to screw this piece in place but there are no predrilled holes or screws provided. If you do not have tools to cut and drill this yourself, buy another brand. Seems sturdy, time will tell.

I love being able to do a headstand! the only improvement I would suggest is that it come with more information on ways to use it--of course you can find that on the internet, but it would have been nice to have it come with.

A screw hole didn’t align with the part it’s fastening, so I had to take out the wooden nail that aligns it. It’s a bit skewed and not fixed. Don’t want to bother going through the hassle of returning or replacing so just using it.
