This product is is perfect for my son who is just beginning to lift weights. I would recommend this product to those looking to lift a moderate amount of weight.

I noticed that some people reported that their weights looked "dirty" and "scuffed up" when they arrived at their house but my weights were boxed very nicely and in perfect working order. I am a 43 year old woman who is just getting back into exercising. I typically walk for about 30 minutes on my treadmill then I do some light weights training with these. Super upset really wanted to love this but I definitely got a used / returned product. It only does the bar have hand prints / pressed into where original owner worked out- it is slightly rusted already and the weights are covered in sand like residue. Super disappointed would not recommend for someone who read the reviews and was hoping they would be new. Don’t recommend

These weights are a great option for working out at home. Having the option to use two dumbbells or one barbell makes them very versatile. The weight range is great for beginners; for more intermediate users, the weight range is likely good for arms and low for legs, but you can easily keep your progress at home. Sturdy and fits weights from other similar products for adding more weight. Kind of a hassle to take apart once put together though since everything screws in together.

If you are looking for an awesome convertible weight set, then this is the one for you. The regular bar bells are great and well made. The weights are made of a tough plastic that don't feel like they will give out for a long time. The best part for me though is that you can connect the bar bells together to make a full bar. It is easy to convert and can be done quickly in between exercises. Overall I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good starter weight set!

Come to find out after unboxing and weighing the weights, they are not as labeled. After further review there is rust on parts of the bars, and they appear very dirty. Would not recommend and I returned them.

The dumbbells I received were very good quality. My 7 yr old could easily assemble the 2.5lb weights to dumbbells and attach them to the barbell. I only had to tighten the screws for extra protection.The one thing I love to change is to add some grip to the end of barbell to do more types of exercises.Overall very happy with this purchase.

The dumbbells are easy to assemble. I like the fact that you can multi-use it. It saves space, instead of buying multiple dumbbells that take up a lot of space. The price was worth it.

Awesome dumbbells, easy to assemble and the edges of the weights definitely make it more convenient to store without rolling away. They are also made of a softer material so I'm not worried about them scratching the floor!
