If you are looking for an awesome convertible weight set, then this is the one for you. The regular bar bells are great and well made. The weights are made of a tough plastic that don't feel like they will give out for a long time. The best part for me though is that you can connect the bar bells together to make a full bar. It is easy to convert and can be done quickly in between exercises. Overall I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good starter weight set!
