I have pale combination skin with moderate acne; here's my experience with both #21 and #23.- #23 was super moisturizing, but came off a little cakey after a while. It felt cold when I applied it which was nice because it prevented my acne from flaring up. The downside of this shade is that it carries a pretty visible orange tint. I used this tape to define the back end of a 20' flatbed trailer. I'm pleased with the result. This tape illuminates reflected headlights, even in fog and heavy rain. It adheres well, even to metal that's not absolutely clean, bright, and shiny. This roll was plenty to tape my trailer, including the bottom rungs of the ramps, which are of course up in the air when they're pinned up for transport. I ordered these after reading plenty of reviews that said this bralette was good for women with a bigger chest. The band fits great and it does a great job of covering without too much cleavage, BUT the straps that go over my shoulders are far too big and have a hard time staying in place. I am keeping as I love the look of this but am going to have to sew on a strap connecting the two shoulder straps so that it stays in place.See full review
