Being vegan it was difficult to find a cute set of food for my daughter that didn’t include meat/dairy. & honestly, these exceed all of my expectations. Even cuter than the ones with meat. They are fun bright colors & very durable. I just love watching her chop up her veggies! Will be saving these to a list to someday buy again

Forst of all, I received a set containing 2 of the same cucumber rear parts whose magnets repel each other so I don't have a cucumber. Plus the magnets are too weak and some of the items fall apart before you can cut them. Despite the fact the set was packaged in plastic foil, the corn's paint is damaged as if it was worn out. I have been looking for wooden food for a long time. These are great. The basket they come in is adorable! I really liked the fact that they were magnets instead of Velcro. The only slightly negative thing is the magnets could be a bit stronger. My child loves to cut them and this is a great way to teach veggies. But all in all these are great!

Great product! We play matching, sorting by color, putting away toys, and more with this product. The basket is great for keeping it all together. I did take away the toy knife because my toddler is a boy and of course started to wield it!

I buy this wooden fruits for my daughter because I like to teach her to regonize the fruits and vegetables. This is really good simple to teach my daughter. My five years old son also like to play this cutting fruits and vegetables.

The wood quality is great and the paint is safe. The magnet is not so tight that little one could cut them easily! Good teaching toys!

Toddler loves it. The potato is roughly the size of a golfball (or a little smaller) and the carrot smaller than 1/2 a stick of butter

This set so cute! The only problem is that we just noticed that the wooden knife is starting to splinter and it’s only been lightly used for a month, just past the return cutoff. So I’m not sure how durable the set will be if we’re already having these issues.

These are cute, but the magnets don't hold well enough, and they are too small for toddlers, my kid will put them in her mouth and it looks like it could go right into her throat. Also there are a couple little pieces, like a stem, that fell off and are dangerous. Would not buy again or gift to anyone. We took them all away from my toddler and threw in the trash.They might be okay for older kids. Not worth the few dollars saving off the brand name option.

Cons- the magnets don't stick well so veggies fall apart every time 2 yr old touches them. Tried to return them but the cost of shipping was half the cost of purchase so we are keeping them.Pros- 2 yr old is having fun even though I know they are not made well. For now she doesn't care.

Got these for my son for Christmas. He was really into fruits and vegetables. I must say I love them but the only thing I found to be displeasing was half of the onion was missing. Let’s just say it turned a joyed toodler with special needs into a screaming, waling, crying child on the floor. But none the less we are getting quite use to this and redirected and tossed the half we got. Since, the he has been very content with the product. I still recommend.

These are nice except for the stability in the magnets. The pieces fall apart too easily for little hands learning fine motor skills to handle without frustration. Even as an adult they’re not the best for use with fun.

My 3 year old loves playing with pretend food and especially pretending to chop the food. I love that this set is wooden, and that it uses magnets instead of velco, which tends to attract hairs and other dirt. The magnets holding the food together are tiny, though.just one per side and they fall apart too easily. He gets frustrated because if it's not lined up perfectly, it just falls apart. I bought this for my daughter (5 years old) as we were looking for something to support her interest in helping out in the kitchen without having her handle actual knives, etc. We simulate kitchen playtime with her and have her cut the vegetables, while we play kitchen and wash, cut cook the veggies with this product. The magnetic isn’t very strong, but they are still adorable and fun to play with. My toddler loves sorting them! The price may be too steep for parents on a budget!

My 2yo enjoys this set for his pretending games! The set includes some veggies that are not commonly seen in sets of this kind like white reddish, eggplant. it’s vividly made. The pieces are connected by magnets. So the connection is more seamless. I would say this set works better as puzzles for matching and pretending. But for cutting, the parts separate too easily. Overall, it is a nice and sort of unique wooden veggies set among its kind.

My boys 1 and 1/2 and 4 years old love this. They are asking to cut real food all the time. So they love having food they can cut.

I sent this as a gift to my two year old toddler grandson. He has the Melissa and Doug cutting food toy and loves it. The pieces are large and they stick together (prior to being "cut” by the child, via velcro. I love this wooden fruit/veggie set because it's magnetic and not velcro. It's much easier for my 2 year old grandson to "cut"! I also love that it's wood and not plastic.
