My 3 year old loves playing with pretend food and especially pretending to chop the food. I love that this set is wooden, and that it uses magnets instead of velco, which tends to attract hairs and other dirt. The magnets holding the food together are tiny, though.just one per side and they fall apart too easily. He gets frustrated because if it's not lined up perfectly, it just falls apart. Also, there are some rough edges on the basket that haven't been sanded thoroughly. Overall, a good set, but would love to see stronger magnets.
