What I love is that it works great, has a dehumidifier and is awesome! Hooking up the exhaust wasn't easy, but once I got it right I couldn't be happier. This is a good product and I am very happy with it! Oh mine was supposed to come with a remote control but it didn't, I'm still waiting to hear about it but it's a really good product nonetheless!

Exhaust hose and window assembly made from surprisingly cheap, low quality plastic. Even if the parts fit together as described in the manual, the quality of the materials used leaves a lot to be desired. By the way, the parts in the delivered form do not fit together functionally. The device itself seems to work well, but due to the inability to adequately ventilate the device, it doesn't bring much benefit.

This thing is an overpriced piece of junk, definitely don't buy it, you can definitely get a better air conditioner for less. The display turns off spontaneously and cannot be touched, the block itself cools properly, but also starts ringing randomly and turns off completely. Customer service is rubbish and doesn't even help, it takes 72 hours to email anyone and they keep you waiting forever.

I bought this unit and after working on connecting it I set it up and it seemed to work fine. I went to bed expecting the room to be cool when I woke up. However, I noticed that the device was turned off. I turned it back on and let it run for a while and found that it only cools down for 1 minute before the compressor shuts off and then the unit blows hot air for a long time and continues that long off cycle. very short term. SO I sent it back.
