Excellent customer service
The tool box arrived quickly and when I opened it I noticed that one of the tools was not assembled correctly. I would have to drill a rivet and screw it together to make it work. I contacted their support team and explained what the problem was and instead of just replacing one tool they sent me a brand new set for free. My book goes a long way.
