I bought 2 of these trolleys. The first was missing 3 pre-drilled holes on one side of the top shelf. The second was missing the 16 pre-drilled castor holes on the bottom shelf. My husband was able to pick her up. The cars serve their purpose. Overall these are good carts, just excellent workmanship.
