I like 3 sizes - I have XS ears and regular earbuds *kill* me (I'm looking at you Apple). It took me a few weeks to adjust them for side sleepers, but they were immediately 80% comfortable (and 98% comfortable for back sleepers). Now they are 100% comfortable. I threw another brand I ordered to try straight into the box. The sound quality is pretty impressive considering the price and what really impressed me was the NOISE CANCELING. In fact, these are earbuds with speakers. In fact, they're as effective as earplugs and so comfortable (after breaking in) that I've worn them all night every night when sleeping on the couch in a busy area of a crowded house. Thanksgiving and I slept like a happy baby despite people moving and talking (I'm a light sleeper, no kidding). It even took 10 minutes for someone's phone alarm to ring (they left their phone in the room around the corner from where I was sleeping) to finally wake up. IMPRESSIVE. And no, I didn't play any music. I literally wore them like earplugs. I didn't even have a cable connected to anything. I wore them every night of the day, but I've always been concerned about the long-term effects of getting used to constant noise cancellation (ie I might become an *even lighter* sleeper, which I don't want to). So here it is. My only complaint is that they are so effective that I can be spoiled. :)
