I'll start with the pluses. They fit my size 16 piercing perfectly and didn't cause any irritation. I've slept and worked and worked with them in the yard and so far I haven't been able to capture them for nothing. My only issue with these earrings is that they are a bit difficult to open once they are on. The hinge is maybe a quarter size larger than the hole and can be a bit difficult to find initially, and once in the piercing you will definitely need to stand in front of a mirror to remove it. I personally will only wear the largest and then the smaller sizes just because the smaller ones are so difficult to open. With the little ones, I literally had to stick the wand in the hoop and wiggle it around a bit to open the hoop. If I had a piercing closer to the edge of my ears I could wear a medium size but otherwise I wouldn't want it to get stuck. It's still a good price because for the price of a set I couldn't find any others that come with this type of mid to mid sized tire.
