I love this towel rail. We are a big family and can dry suits and towels for everyone. It's big and just what I was looking for. The reason I didn't give it five stars. Instructions. The instructions say to connect the joints first. Later, when you start putting the pieces together, he won't want to stay together unless everything fits together perfectly. I read other reviews and someone said they used screws to hold it together. After aligning everything, everything stayed together with no problems for us. Once the joints are connected, they can also be a bit more difficult to rotate (to align with the other joints connecting your part). I want to try to connect the connectors on each piece of pipe and not all together as the instructions say. I would recommend this product to friends or family.
