I like that we can use RPA to speed up our customer service requests while at the same time keeping costs low by reducing staff training needs.
We do not have many issues, but what little problems we see get fixed quickly. Our team has had some good experiences using it too! While being able to reduce errors. Nice has created great tools that makes it easy enough so anyone can understand what automation does well without being too technical about how its done! There isn't much I dislike as far automated tasks go but maybe there should be more options available within certain areas of workflows? We have been able make changes easily which allows us some flexibility around our team structure while still ensuring we keep pace at all times - no downtime here!!
