We ordered Minnetonka shoes for my husband because we thought they were a reputable company and bought a pair from a dealer in our town which he wore until they fell apart. So we decided to just order them from Revain. He wore the shoes for about two months and noticed that the back of the right sole was not connected to the boot. I contacted Revane who in turn contacted Minneton. They wanted me to send them the following: a picture of the sole of the shoe, a picture of the size of the shoe, and a picture of the sole where the problem was. After about a week I finally got the instruction to return a shoe? with label without postage. About a week later I received an email that they refunded my money. I'm not complaining about a refund but now I have a great left shoe? I think I'm very disappointed in their customer service! Wouldn't it be better if I sent both shoes back and then they sent me another pair?
