For the price I would expect the luxurious comfort found with down pillows in hotels. They were firm and didn't crush. I ended up sleeping in the bathtub and beyond, spending less dollars on their new customer offers and getting 2 high quality down pillows with the same fill power but more pliable, softer and softer. By the way, they don't have feather/down covers. After 2 nights of use the feathers started to ooze all over because I was just using a standard pillowcase. I rarely leave bad reviews, but buyers should beware. This is way too expensive for what you get.
