Review on 🌡️ 15"x10" Gel Pack - Hot and Cold Therapy for All Temperatures by James Holker

Last December I had palmar and carpal tunnel surgery. When the time came, I had physical therapy for two months. I had a lot of homework to do and needed a cold compress to reduce the swelling and pain. This all time pack was exactly what I needed, in fact very similar to what I have used in my therapy sessions. It's very cold but not hard or hard (like a block of ice) and wraps around my wrist and hand easily. I got 15 min on/off and cold compress lasted over an hour. I'm almost at 100% now and will be emptying the pack soon. But I'm sure it will be used again, for hot or cold.
