The shoes arrived well packaged and very pretty. They run small like other buyers have said so I enlarged them. Only problem is the bow on one shoe came off after my daughter wore it for her birthday which was very disappointing as she was very upset about it. They also scratch very easily, but that's to be expected given the material. Besides, they were okay.
