If you watch American Idol at least once a month, you're going to love this game, because you have to admit, a part of you wants to be among the contestants! The reality is that this game is the closest thing to most of us and while it doesn't correspond to reality, playing this game can be just as much fun as watching the show! Try it and see!

I can't even express how much this game really stinks. I paid for overnight shipping to get this game in time for Easter to play with my family. All family members aged 3 to 86 agreed these were the dumbest games we've ever played. Obviously, it's a quick fling with the American Idol name to make a quick buck. Really a waste of my money.

Although I'm not an American Idol fan, I still found the game interesting. Family members who follow the show religiously found the game amazing and very interactive. They could test their knowledge with an American Idol quiz, sing some toons and cut some carpets. Great product for casual DSDS fans.

I am a huge American Idol fan and didn't know what to expect when I bought this game. I was positively surprised! Great match! The interactive feel with the judges and cool karaoke sections of the game are great. The best part is that the DVD doesn't repeat any clips. I don't know if that's a coincidence or if the creators of the game actually intended it that way. Either way, it's cool! The perfect game for those who love listening to them sing!

This game is horrible. The goal of the game is to collect stars. Stars are randomly distributed and no skills are required. The microphone is a cheap plastic toy and doesn't attach to anything. The only fun part is singing karaoke and dancing. However, it's better if you just buy some karaoke CDs. The judges' reactions are arbitrary. My wife and I played with our daughters aged 7 and 9. We all agreed that the game was a failure.

I was shocked by the positive reviews for this terrible game. A 10-year-old or younger CAN be a fool for a few minutes, that his game performance is leading to the judges' scores. You'll soon be hearing Paula say the same comments for the tenth time, and anyone who plays the game will realize that her attempts at singing or dancing are pure fiction.
