Review on Straits Research by Logan Taylor

I am using the software everyday for my job in management and strategic planning as a Senior Consultant in Marketing. The ease and user friendly nature makes the software quick to learn and get familiar with on your first use. The software not showing my reports on the first day is a little concerning and I don't think the platform is user friendly on day one when you haven't set everything up properly. Once I set it up properly, I have not experienced a day when the software doesn't work perfectly on my device. The best thing I enjoy doing on the software is getting in the nooks and crannies, finding those hidden gems. We have solved many issues in the organization by utilizing and seeing insights and the process flow. I was able to find the information that we were looking for very fast! The ability to search by various criteria was an added bonus. Very helpful for all of our research needs! Nothing so far. It has been easy to navigate and access everything that we need right when we need it. We have not had any issues with this software. We are using them to help us find current customers for new products that we will be launching soon.
