1. I have tried about 10 models of different types of humidifiers in my life. For the first time, I am immediately satisfied with this Honeywell (you still need to understand what it has with reliability). 2. Very convenient gas station (finally!). Just open the shelf at the back and pour water into it, using a watering can or a jug is convenient. 3. Observation: humidifies the appliance only in cooling mode. And at the same time it gurgles like a small waterfall (bonus). 4. The device looks (and similar in size) to something like R2D2 from Star Wars.

Pros
  • 1. Able to evaporate its tank (about 10 liters) in less than a day, hours. According to my calculations, it is able to raise the humidity to about 50% in a room with a volume of 130 cubic meters (this is a type of apartment with an area of ​​​​50 square meters with 2.75 m ceilings). In October (outside it is near zero, I have air heating) in my two-story house with a total area of ​​200 sq. M. with ceilings of 3 meters, two devices together were able to catch up with humidity up to 50% per day (it took about 30 liters of water) after the first inclusion. Great! 2. Of course, there is no fine deposit on the surfaces. The water, which received a kick from the device, as a result of which it had to dissolve in the air, apparently did not change its physical and technical properties (except for the state of aggregation): 0).
Cons
  • This is not a drawback, but a feature of this type - it makes noise (at any speed, you can noticeably hear the operation of the fans). He needs air flow, without this he cannot evaporate the water. It will be difficult to sleep in a room with him. Additional information from 19.02202222. 1. The rear wall (such as a filter) is clogged with dust, it is not convenient to remove and clean it (you need to unscrew 4 screws). 2. After two months of work, the most used device (I have 4 of them, one not printed in the box) stopped moisturizing. I think that the float does not work, with the help of which the presence of water is determined. The insides (water tank and surfaces of the pump and float pump) are covered with limescale. For a month I tried to find Honeywell service contacts. I never received a response to a request by mail (the address cannot be indicated according to rules). Phone calls (the number cannot be specified according to rules) led to a switch to the "special department" type and no answer. Promises "leave your phone, we will call you back" have not been fulfilled. On February 18, 2022, I received a phone number through the seller (the name and phone number cannot be indicated according to rules). Contacted. I was offered to send a video (!) of exactly how the device does not work, then photos of the device, serial number, receipt, warranty card. I didn't find the receipt or ticket. They sent the idea that then the repair would be paid. The cause of the malfunction has not yet been established. Looking forward to what happens with the next two devices.
