Review on 🖤 Jet Black Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara - 0.32 oz by Michelle Hall

This is my favorite mascara. I strongly recommend buying THIS and not waterproof. It doesn't stick and makes the lashes look really long and thick. The best way to use it: 1. Curl your eyelashes.2. Apply this mascara, swirl at the roots of your lashes and then sweep through the ends. I go through the endings several times.3. If you want it to be waterproof, after drying, apply your drugstore waterproof mascara over this mascara. (Doesn't have to be expensive as this one does the job well. I use one of the Maybelline products).
