Excellent customer service! Stopped working after three weeks due to light, can't find the problem

I only give a 5 star rating because of customer service, they contacted me after seeing that I had problems , and they send me new light. I also get a one year warranty. I am a postman in the countryside, I started using this light on March 25th, but suddenly on May 15th it stopped working. I checked the fuse and it was fine, the light on the indicator where it was plugged in was still on, the wiring is fine, it just stopped working.
