These 2 toners are for a new printer. I bought a kit with two toners and a drum. My old toner ran out so I just popped in one of the EZ Ink toners and it looks a lot smaller than the OEM I pulled out. It was plugged in and locked in place, but when I tried it said no toner/change toner. Do I have to replace the drum unit with the toner kit when upgrading to a "compatible" kit? Does this mean that if I plug in an EZ Ink toner, do I also need to replace it with an EZ Ink Drum? I read somewhere that it needs to be reset when replacing. Does somebody know? The toner/drum kit has been lying around for almost 2 years so I don't think they will let me return it. I checked the order and it contained my model. Many Thanks.
