We were surprised how many "things" were included! There were dots of glue to hold the balloons together and a strip to form a balloon chain (or arch). The balloons themselves were good and the one with confetti worked great, even throwing confetti when the balloon popped!
- ADD LOTS OF FUN. After inflation, gently rub confetti balloons with a towel, wool, carpet, cloth, hair, and roll the balloons to make them static, so that the confetti sticks to the wall of the balloon. Popping balloons is a lot of fun with confetti flying at the parties.
