Best options for longer use
I have had several of these meditation cushions in different parts of the world where I have lived. This one seemed to collapse much quicker than the others, making it difficult for me to keep my knees below my hips during meditation. I stopped using it after 3 months as the pillow collapsed so badly. I would return it if the return policy hadn't expired.
