Worked best in plastic

I had an old frame with some 4x6 photos in it. We lost most of the plastic parts that slide in front of the photos. This worked great for slipping into the 4x6 hole and restoring the frame functionality as the photos started to curl when there was nothing in front of it. The parts were well protected during transport and had no scratches or other damage.
