The main reason for the purchase is the altimeter and it works as it should. The temperature sensor is slow to respond to changes and is usually within 5 degrees. The compass works when you take the tool out of the retractable base/mount, but the metal on my jeep dash prevents it from working while driving. So I like this article. That looks great. It also comes with a retractable red flashing lightbulb. Especially the price seemed a bit high to me. since the compass/thermometer is not perfect. But I will remove it from the database if I want the compass display and everything will be fine. Overall it's good and I would recommend. Maybe your dash doesn't have as much metal as a Jeep and the compass reads accordingly when you're driving.
