Starlock washer was already installed prior to assembly, preventing further assembly
Made the mistake of delaying assembly of the tricycle. On one side of the metal rod that connects the 2 rear wheels, there was already a star-shaped lock washer (compression nut) that prevented the rear wheel from being fitted. Maybe someone tried to install it and then sent it back and then the part was put in my box. Enjoy removing the metal lock washer. And then have fun shelling out another $11 for a set of Starlock washers.
