I like that it is easy to use for any size business as well with small businesses too! It also helps organize employees in an efficient way which makes life easier when you are trying make sure everyone has their schedules up-to date at all times so they don't forget about things or have conflicts of appointments/meetings etc..
Nothing really but if your looking into this software then definitely go through some demos out there because not every one will get how everything works even after going though several tutorials from different companies (weird). But overall great tool - saves us tons off work doing payrolls by ourselves!!
