I am solving multiple problems with one platform - i can manage my workforce (hire/fire employees), track hours worked for reporting purposes as well to ensure that payroll is accurate all in 1 place! It's easy enough to use but powerful so there are some things where it could be better especially for larger employers like we have here at work who need more power behind their system than they currently offer which leads me right into another issue- pricing structure!! Our current service provider doesn't allow us any flexibility because of cost restrictions; however this does not mean our needs aren’t met by WF since many features seem similar between providers such as HRMS integration etc.. If you're looking out to solve your business' human resources issues then give wf an opportunity otherwise just stick around what other people say about them or maybe even try free trial first if available? You never know how much value something will provide until actually using its product and benefits offered compared against previous services utilized before signing up. We solved several areas including tracking staff schedules throughout year (we used excel previously) allowing supervisors to easily see when someone has availability during slow I love how easy it is to use and that you can access it from anywhere. It's also very user friendly, which makes it easier for me as an admin to navigate. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes when I open up my email it says "Workforce.com" at the top of the page instead of just "Workforce." I would recommend this software to anyone who needs a good time and attendance system. We have been able to keep track of our employees hours and payroll more efficiently than before.
