I am very impressed with these bibs! For a pack of 10, that's incredible value. I tested them for waterproofness and yes they are waterproof. The water didn't soak in after waiting a few minutes. If the liquid gets too close to the edge it will spill onto your back, but all cloth breastplates are like that. They have buttons instead of velcro, which is better because velcro wears out. The fasteners are plastic, the same as cloth diaper covers. So far they have been solid. The only downside is the packaging could have been nicer for a gift but at this price I don't care! Just throw it in a gift bag. This is a direct replacement for the much more expensive Carter breastplates in my book. Same feel, slightly different clicks, same performance. Nice neutral pattern.
