This is a light-weight robe that is most suitable for warm weather. My daughter has one of those very thick and heavy full-length robes that can get to be a bit much in the summertime. This is a great tool that makes accessing certain trigger points easier than using a lacrosse ball. The flat base keeps it in position, no more struggling to keep the ball from rolling around.I want to clear up one thing: It is not harder than a lacrosse ball, and is in fact definitely slightly softer than one.
