This is a great tool that makes accessing certain trigger points easier than using a lacrosse ball. The flat base keeps it in position, no more struggling to keep the ball from rolling around.I want to clear up one thing: It is not harder than a lacrosse ball, and is in fact definitely slightly softer than one. For me this is perfect. I find it to be sufficiently firm such that I'm not sure any firmer would be helpful--it easily accesses even tough to reach areas with moderate pressure.
