Third child. Ran daycare for 20+ years. This is the seat to get! It’s easy to install. It’s easy to wash. I can lay it back when my baby is asleep or set up when baby wants to look around. Overall I really like this car seat. It isn’t too bulky, saves space with the folding cup holders, and seems comfortable for our son. My main complaint is the strap release button. It is so freaking hard to push! My husband and I take turns fighting with it. There’s a plastic piece covering it partially and the padding goes over it. Love this seat, super easy to install. Little big while rear facing and I can't wait till my daughter is old enough to face forward so I can recline my seat a little. My biggest issue is it is SO difficult to loosen the straps! I push the button and have to yank SO hard on the straps and they barely move. Idk why that is. The carrier I had for my daughter when she was an infant was so much easier and it was a Chicco too

Our baby loves this car seat. It keeps the baby securely and gives them the same feeling as if they are carried in arms or in a carrier. It is definitely heavy, but once installed there is no moving. Installing the infant rear-facing was a struggle as it has its special mechanism to secure the car seat in place. But I think it is for the safety of the baby which is worth the time. Also, the instructional video helps in getting it right the first time.

Love the idea that this car seat can go from infant to booster seat, and last several years! We did use a different Chicco infant car seat for the first 9 months, then transitioned to this car seat. The baby seems to like it more as he sits up higher and can look out windows. The car seat was easy to install and make adjustments. I feel comfortable with my baby in this seat as it is sturdy and well-padded. And best of all, I shouldn't have to buy another car or booster seat in the future.

The foam back just shredder after 2 years, so plan to buy another in that time. Very disappointed as we have purchased several Chicco car seats and strollers. I received the carseat on time but when we opened it we noticed right away some white dried up substances on the shoulder padding and the crotch pad. Almost as if a baby had spit up on it and it dried. I requested and bought new but there was no way this was not opened before.The overall carseat seemed nice and comfortable for my almost 1 year old. I'm glad it will adjust and grow with her until she's Eventually out of a carseat all together.

First time mom and knew I wanted a chicco car seat for my daughter. I love how easy they are to install correctly. The amount of padding included is great too! Love that I never have to buy another car seat. I definitely recommend. The only drawback is there is no infant carry option but very small drawback considering we always had a wrap or carrier I could put her in instead.

I noticed my head foam piece was loose and when I checked it out. It was actually broken! I reached out to chicco wanting a new foam piece to put back in, they declared my car seat defective and sent me a brand new! I did have to cut the old one, but I highly recommend this seat!

We were gifted the KeyFit 30 for infants and toddlers. We loved that so much that we ended up buying this one with plans for another. Solid construction, feature rich, easy to use, and from what I can see, very comfortable. No complaints from the little one. There are certain things in life that a person cannot skimp on and one is child safety.
