I paid for new but received used
I received the carseat on time but when we opened it we noticed right away some white dried up substances on the shoulder padding and the crotch pad. Almost as if a baby had spit up on it and it dried. I requested and bought new but there was no way this was not opened before.The overall carseat seemed nice and comfortable for my almost 1 year old. I'm glad it will adjust and grow with her until she's Eventually out of a carseat all together.
