I use this cable to connect my computer output to a vintage Pioneer amp. That would be five stars, but the one I got has the left and right channels reversed. Someone at the factory must have misapplied the colored rings. It's not really a problem, just move the balance controls from side to side when you plug them in and switch when they're upside down. The otherwise high quality heavy duty shielding and insulation, the plastic welds are strong and the connectors are solid and solid. A definite improvement in sound quality over the thin cable I had.
