I have two big cats. One has 20 lb hair (pictured) and the other has a big 18 lb tom. I had trouble with each of them fitting in regular sized media. They don't like being shoved in the face first or thrown in the ass with old hard media. They also don't like being placed in a place where they can't turn around. So thought I'd give it a try as we're starting out on wheels full time and need a safe place for cats to travel. Not only does my tallest girl have plenty of room to turn and look in all directions, she doesn't mind being seated through the top door. She even goes in willingly and sleeps in it! I have them so they get used to them and don't worry when they see them. My cat is a little reluctant to come in and stay home so I have treats to bribe her and a calming spray to help. But these totes are very durable, roomy and I like that cats can see everything 360 degrees. I really like how it folds up when not in use. In an RV, you need to find things that take up almost no space, and even stacked on top of each other, these two things are less than 3 inches tall! Sorry for the long review but I really like this product and want it to be useful for others.
