I have a question for the person selling the item: He arrived at my office with the HDD memory and Windows 11 operating system already installed. It seemed as though there was a problem with the software. Is it possible to replace the RAM on my HDD with a faster SSD and upgrade to a licensed version of Windows 10? What impact will this have on the warranty? After all, HDD memory is the system's most significant bottleneck. When compared to the outdated laptop that I needed to upgrade from in order to purchase this new gadget, the superior hardware on this one is rendered useless by the inferior performance of the memory that is loaded on it. In addition, the Windows 11 operating system has not yet been perfected for day-to-day tasks.
