It was a bit tricky to install but I understand mechanical things. Once assembled, the transparent lid looked crappy but worked. It worked initially, but fell out of the holster several times around the house. After a while, the awkward tab to press the main button stopped working. I deleted it and then thought I had to find out why, but didn't bring it up again. I found a previously retired holster and have no regrets. I didn't return it and will probably just bear the loss. I buy a few hundred items a year and don't want to ruin my reputation so I eat this.
