So I just used this to mount a Sonos playbar on the back of a Sony 65 inch TV, luckily there were holes on the back of the TV where the TV stand screwed in which I used instead of the VESA -Holes have been used where the TV Hooks Wall Mount are screwed in. I had a Sonos mount but he didn't have one. Used 2 nuts and bolts and a small metal washer that I had to attach to the underside of the game chute bracket, tighten the pre-existing nut and bolt that connects the two pieces on the bracket to the point where it still holds are flexible but not enough for the game bar to pull the bracket down due to gravity, then screw the top of the bracket into the holes on the back of the TV, see image. The customer was satisfied with the installation. I also installed it on a 49" Samsung with a one handed TV mount, this time the customer had a Sonsos bar mount so I attached it to the Playbay mount then placed it under the TV mount and added on top add a small washer.
