This product appears to be reliable. I bought it for a hike and only use it. found that when you open the drain to drain urine into the lower compartment, the lower container will explode, the urine will rise and cause a mess! I've done that several times. Too bad we got a different model. Didn't know he did it. I have to clean it and the area around it, otherwise it stinks a lot. I don't like it at all and I advise against buying it. I can't turn on the picture, it's too bad.
